Despite being hit with yet another lineup change, Suffokate remain positive on their latest configuration. With Lars Diaz remaining as the sole founding member, the group issued the following statement:
“We know the band has gone through some serious line up changes but we promise you that it’s better than ever right now. We have some awesome updates coming very soon along with our tour dates for September/October. We are hitting a lot of places in the US and Canada as well. After this tour, we will start writing a lot more for a new album.
There’s been a lot of ups and downs this past year but we can safely say that the people that are in Suffokate right now are some amazing musicians. Also, as you know, Lars (drummer) is still in the band and one of the original members.
If you’re going to come and see us at any upcoming shows, we promise you that you will not be disappointed. See you all soon!
