Members of Cold will soon re-record an EP from their pre-Cold outfit, Grundig. As Scooter Ward of both outfits details:
“Important Update for Cold Army!! For those of you not familiar with our former band Grundig! There were 2 Grundig bands. One formed in Jacksonville, and a new one formed when Sam, Jeremy and I moved to Atlanta . The latter was the better sounding Grundig. Although the Jville Grundig had its moments! We were really just learning to form songs and create & record music.
We are re recording the Atlanta Grundig 6 song EP, Live at Furies, in July. I have submitted the Live at Furies CD to our Band Profile page, here on Facebook, for all of you to download for free.Link is below if not familiar. Might as well familiarize yourselves with the music, as the new recording will be available on dvd and CD in the future. Also, the digital will be available on iTunes.
The tracks are us at a young age so give us a break.lol. However ,through the years , I find myself going back, many times, to listen to the live at furies record.Its a special Era and a time when we started finding our ‘COLD‘ sound .
