As I Lay Dying guitarist Phil Sgrosso has posted the below update which aims to help raise funds for the medical costs associated with his younger brother’s ongoing struggle with cancer. You can contribute to the campaign via Indiegogo. Sgrosso also goes on to tease some future word on the future of As I Lay Dying in the post, offering:
“I know a lot of you have been curious about what I’ve been up to lately and what the future holds for AILD. There will be a time (very soon) that some answers will surface and hopefully that will put your minds at ease. Sorry to be super vague and not provide any immediate info but I assure you that it will all be worth the wait.”
The fate of As I Lay Dying has been in question for some time with frontman Tim Lambesis having recently pled guilty to a charge of solicitation of another to commit murder. He of course attempted to hire a hitman to kill his estranged wife and will be sentenced on May 02nd.
