Metallica have newly been scheduled to perform at this years Grammy Awards ceremony. The band are set to take to the stage with Chinese pianist Lang Lang for an as-yet unspecified live performance. Other artists set to take the stage during the ceremony include Kendrick Lamar, Daft Punk, Lorde and more.
The event is to be held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, CA on January 26th. As previously reported, Metallica‘s “Through The Never” soundtrack has been nominated for a Grammy for ‘Best Recording Package’. Nominees for this years awards relevant to readers of this site can be found here.
