Betraying The Martyrs have released the following statement regarding the absence of their drummer Mark Mironov from their ongoing ‘Never Say Die! Tour‘ overseas. The band—who have a new album in the works—issued the following statement on that:
“As some of you already noticed this summer…our brother Mark Mironov is currently stuck in RUSSIA, because of one simple fact: he wasnt born on the same territory as the rest of us…
- Advertisement -The fact that he is from Russia won’t let him have another visa to join us. This is extremely sad and unfortunate, but you guys won’t be able to see him on this years Never Say Die! Tour.
Since we’re not earning enough money as a band, he can’t be considered as a “working musician” (Yep, playing metal is still super underground and we’re all very far from earning mad money.)
Please show this awesome dude some love, while we’re doing our very best to have him back on board. Any kind of serious solutions are more than welcome.”
