Of Mice & Men singer Austin Carlile has had his day in court today (April 29th) in regards to his March 30th arrest in Bowling Green, OH on assault charges. Both Carlile and Of Mice & Men drum tech Lionel Robinson were picked up on that date after an altercation left an individual unconscious and injured.
Luckily for Carlile his charge was lessened from felonious assault to a misdemeanor. According to the court records for the case, which can be found at bgcourtweb.com; Carlile ultimately paid $335 USD as a result of the charges. The case has since been closed with Carlile free to go.
