At The Gates/ex-The Haunted guitarist Anders Björler has a title in mind for his new solo album. The effort will be called “The Antikythera Mechanism” and is intended to see a release later this year.
Thus far drummer Morgan Ågren (Fredrik Thordendal’s Special Defects, etc.) has been revealed to be involved in the sessions for the outing—which commenced earlier today—January 14th. Some video footage of Ågren in the studio working on the effort can be found below:
