Impending Doom have enlisted producer Andreas Magnusson (The Black Dahlia Murder, Haste The Day) to helm their new album which they recently began recording. The group have chosen Machine (Lamb Of God, Clutch) to handle the mixing with an early 2012 release date through eOne Music likely in the cards.
Speaking on the outing guitarist Cory Johnson offered:
“After months of preparation the time has finally come to start production on our next full length! Without going into the cliche of trying to explain how this is our ‘heaviest’ or ‘most mature’ material, I will spare the insincere rant and just say that this is by for OUR favorite material and we can’t wait to share it with you guys”
