The December 2009 death of Avenged Sevenfold drummer Jimmy “The Rev” Sullivan looks to have been caused by an accidental overdose according to the Orange County Deputy Coroner Mitchell Sigal. Toxicology reports from the autopsy revealed that Sullivan died from “acute polydrug intoxication due to combined effects of Oxycodone, Oxymorphone, Diazepam/Nordiazepam and ethanol.” More on that can be found over at www.rollingstone.com.
