Scale The Summit Writing New Material, Announce Summer Dates

Scale The Summit have been writing new material for their next effort as of late with band guitarist Chris Letchford offering the following on the material:

“…We have been at home writing for a couple months now after the BTBAM/Cynic/Devin Townsend tour ended earlier this year. It has been amazing; we’re almost finished with all of the guitar parts and have just begun work on a lot of the drum and bass parts. Writing couldn’t be moving along any smoother and its awesome to see the direction this album is taking us. We’re really branching out our ideas, colors, and feeling for this next album. We’re all looking forward to getting back out on the road and playing a few of our new creations for everyone in couple weeks!”

Currently the band have the following dates scheduled:

May 28th Houston, TX – Warehouse Live
June 16th Austin, TX – Emo’s Alternative Lounge
June 18th Las Vegas, NC – Cheyenne Saloon
June 19th Pasadena, CA – Make Music Festival
June 20th Mesa, AZ – Nile Underground
June 22nd Ft. Worth, TX – Lola’s
