Jesse Leach Officially Rejoins Killswitch Engage
Killswitch Engage have confirmed the official replacement for frontman Howard Jones. Taking his spot will be none other than the man Jones originally replaced, Jesse Leach (also of The Empire Shall Fall, Times Of Grace.) The group confirmed the news today subtly via a new image posted over at their official website, Killswitchengage.com.

Fuckin’ A, man.
THERE IS A GOD

I am simultaneously suprised and not surprised. Weird.
My thoughts exactly.
I’m not surprised. Reading between the lines of his ‘mysterious’ posts pretty much confirmed things. Regardless, this is good news. He’s a solid frontman.
whoooo hoooooo, no more,”my heart love you come back” day just got a little better
yeah now we get, “oh our lord shall guide my wayeth thee”.
Right?? This is the first time that I’ve written off a band only to be totally excited about them again. This rules.
Finally!
This is the true “End Of Heartache”
WHAT A TWIST!
Oh this just made my day. Cant wait for Metalfest now.
No amount of Emmure or Evanesence posts can bring me down after this! All is right in the world again.
In the words of some other kiddo: I’ll take 50 Randy & Drainman posts even if it equals one good post like this.
Made my day
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. all i have to do is see jesse live then i can die happy
odd no one seems upset by this i for one am happy as a fat stripper who found a $100 on the dance floor
Hope they’re the “mystery” band on Mayhem this year. There wall of death in 09 Clarkston, MI was intense.
!!!!!!
Thank god, I hate black people
You should post on the Tosh.0 blog. This would be at the top of the comments there.
I love Jesse, but for some reason my gut tells me it won’t last.
See below comment; as it was intended for you.
I def have some thoughts like yours music addict, but my confidence in it being positive overall is overwhelming. I think what was going on in jesse’s life at the time and his still earlyness in his career led to some fear/poor choices. Look at how deep and focused he’s been into his projects since.
Sure. I’m as jazzed as others about it. It was just odd how he left (think they said it was “throat problems”) then he had 3 other projects he popped up in.
If it comes down to it will he ditch Killswitch again?
All in all, yay for Killswitch. I always like Jesse’s lyrics better. \m/
I didn’t expect to become a born again Killswitch fan today, but that’s exactly what just happened.
Never got to hear Jesse’s vocals. I now I get to
I think we all know that your “gut” is not at all a mound of knowledge, but a direct result of your poor diet and sedentary lifestyle.
Hello
The prp irritates my scrotum (_))========D ~ ~ ~
All 5 baby. Please, someone tell me what I am referring to and what I have just accomplished.
i believe we are slowly witnessing your decline into madness via your attention craving posts, you would have better luck on facebook friend
You make me want to be a BETTER PERSON. Honestly, I was just really bored and I don’t care about what the 13 people that actually read these comments think
So I was on a cruise and totally missed this news (it’s weird not having immediate online access… or should I say, affordable / reasonable access) and I am both happy and disappointed. I thought Howard was great, both live and on the records, even if his lyrics did leave something to be desired at the end. I like Jesse’s voice, but I don’t think he can do clean vocals as well as Howard. As mentioned above, I’m also not looking forward to any Jesus bullshit.
