Born Of Osiris have made their impending new album “The Discovery” available for streaming in its entirety via their Facebook. Meanwhile, the group have also posted a video for their track “Recreate” online below. The footage comes from the bonus DVD featured with the “Hot Topic” exclusive special edition of “The Discovery“, which will arrive in stores tomorrow, March 22nd, through Sumerian.

Why are they streaming it a day before the official release date? That’s really weird. I’m buying the fucker anyway even if they composed a bunch of fart noises. I’d still rock it. Band rules and totally pisses on douchebags.
read an article about a year ago where they or the mag made it seem like they had no idea who Danzig is. at all. no knowledge of metal past. that has always turned me off from this band. perhaps I will listen to this… one day

Pretty happy with “The Discovery”. Though the keyboards go on the overboard side, they did get more guitar melody in here, which was my biggest complaint of “A Higher Place”; which had too much chugg. Plus this drummer is dope. Guitar in this clip kicks ass. Fun CD
Yea I agree. The whole band’s dope. Some of the outros with the keyboards did go a little overboard but you’re right…the guitar melodies are flawless.
They need a keytar player. Word.

This albums definitely surprised the hell out of me. I wasn’t a big fan of BOO before, but I really got into The Discovery. Definitely an improvement over A Higher Place. If you want to read a review we did, check it out here:
