It would appear that King 810‘s legal situation is a bit more serious than previously expected. Original reports on the recent arrest of their frontman and bassist for the critical assault of a man this past October had the pair facing charges (arrest code #1396) of ‘assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder.’
Band vocalist David Gunn has since posted the following picture of a document which appears to show he has paid $10,000 bail for his release from custody. The document also states that he is actually facing an upgraded charge (arrest code #1397) of ‘assault with intent to murder.’
It is unknown if bassist Eugene Gill is also facing the same upgraded charge. The pair were scheduled to appear in court today, June 17th, for a pre-trial.
