A documentary of defunct outfit Sam Black Church is currently in the works with a crowdfunding campaign having been launched to finish the film. Duncan Wilder Johnson has been putting together the feature, which has been titled “Leave Behind A Groove In The Earth“. You can see more on that over at the project’s Kickstarter.
The band themselves will be getting back together for a show in support of the documentary. They will open for The Mighty Mighty Bosstones at the House Of Blues in Boston, MA on December 29th.
