The pair who were unwittingly filmed having sex on the Ferris wheel at this past June’s ‘Download Festival‘ have had their day in court. 33-year-old Innes Miller has plead guilty to outraging public decency, after viral footage of his public sex act sparked a police investigation. The Nottingham Post report that Miller‘s boss saw the clip and quickly called him out on it. Witnesses in court spoke of children being present and subjected to seeing the act on the Ferris wheel by the couple.
Miller was charged £80 and ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £32 victim surcharge. The woman involved was not prosecuted after admitting to the offense. The pair claim to have met each other the morning of the festival. Miller is said to have refused to comment on the matter initially, and was already facing a community order for a drug-driving offense and the time of the festival incident, leading to the stiffer charge.
