Mastodon have released a new live performance-themed video for their latest single, “Your Ghost Again“. Footage for that clip was filmed amid the band’s European/UK touring this summer. Errick Easterday (Wage War, Boundaries) served as the director.
The GRAMMY Award-winning progressive sludge metal band premiered that aforementioned track at the start of this past June, in part dedicating it to their late guitarist/vocalist Brent Hinds. The song is expected to portend the upcoming arrival of the group’s ninth studio album, which will be their first-ever without Hinds.
While release details for that record have yet to be shared, Mastodon will touring North America this fall with Deafheaven and Alcest.
