Evil Island have confirmed the addition of ex-Glassjaw/Men, Women & Children guitarist Todd Weinstock to their lineup. The post-hardcore screamo collective had previously tipped their hand at this roster expansion, as Weinstock had been seen hanging with Evil Island on social media several weeks ago.
Weinstock was a member of Glassjaw from 1996 through to 2004. Members of The Blood Brothers, OFF! and more populate Evil Island‘s ranks. That supergroup debuted their first single “Tiger Baby“ this past April. Evil Island have also aligned themselves with producer Ross Robinson (Korn, Slipknot), who in addition to previously sitting behind the boards for The Blood Brothers, also produced two Glassjaw albums during Weinstock‘s tenure in the post-hardcore favs. Evil Island are also currently signed with Blowed Out Records, a label co-founded by Robinson alongside Ghostemane & Bill Armstrong.
