Stephen Brodsky (Cave In, Mutoid Man, etc.) has newly issued an updated mix of his acoustic take on Lifetime‘s “Ferret“. This stripped down rendition is part of a second compilation Brodsky has in the pipeline for a February release. That set, “Cut To The Core Vol. 2“, finds him delivering acoustic reworkings of various hardcore and metalcore tracks, predominantly from the 90s. That set will be out on February 03rd, with a featured cover of Neurosis‘ “Under The Surface” slated to premiere next Tuesday, January 27th.
Current live plans have him out on the West Coast days after that release, playing the following shows:
