With the controversy surrounding his alleged catfishing incident flaring up once again, Falling In Reverse vocalist Ronnie Radke has filed a lawsuit against multiple unidentified individuals he claims were impersonating him on social media platforms Snapchat and Instagram. He claims the accounts posing as him have been used for the purposes of, “harming, intimidating, threatening and/or defrauding” others.
That suit apparently seeks to subpoena the involved social media companies to help uncover the identity — or identities — of the individuals behind accounts he claims were used to impersonate him on the platforms. Among those accounts are the one he claims was responsible for pretending to be him that was used to contact Brittany Furlan, the then estranged wife of Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee.
That alleged impersonation led to Furlan showing up outside of Radke‘s house back in the spring of 2025, leading to increased tensions between himself, Furlan and Lee. Recent comments made by Furlan regarding the matter on social media appeared to imply that she may feel that Radke was actually behind the account, in part leading to Radke attempting to file a restraining order against her earlier this month.
TMZ report that Radke has filed this suit in a bid to clear his name with indisputable evidence that he is not behind the disputed social media accounts. Radke‘s legal actions follow former ‘Catfish‘ show host Nev Schulman siding with Furlan‘s side of the events during a recent TMZ podcast appearance.
