Stabbing‘s new single “Eon Of Obscenity” has received its online premiere, arriving with an accompanying music video directed by Matt Rush. The brutal death metal outfit chose this song to serve as the title track to their upcoming sophomore album, which they will have out on January 30th through Century Media. Weighing in on the lyrical matter of this new cut, the band offered:
“The lyrics in ‘Eon‘ are mainly about the idea that someone with homicidal tendencies could hide it for years, and then one day just snap, and nobody in their life would ever see it coming. Like they decide to embrace their sickness and completely lose all morality.”
