Tucson, AZ-based shoegaze/post-hardcore outfit Commoner have landed at Pure Noise Records. The group announced the signing today, October 28th, while also showcasing the below music video for their new single, “Breach“. Tyler Chandler served as the director for that clip. As for the single, the band stated:
“This track feels like everything clicked for the band. I had written this chorus in 2024, and had been anxiously awaiting a chance to use it in session. ‘Breach‘ is about coming to the realization that your habits will be outgrown, and as you grow, you will come to live with all that has resulted from your actions.”
The group’s first U.S. tour will commence next month, having been tapped as the opening act for Greyhaven and Fox Lake on the below trek:
