A brand new single from Fit For An Autopsy is upon us. As you’d expect from the New Jersey deathcore band, this latest sonic concoction was produced by the band’s own GRAMMY Award-winning guitarist/producer Will Putney. The song, “It Comes For You“, emerges following some promotional hype via a teaser site recently launched at itcomesforyour.com.
It’s their first new music to arrive in 2025 and director Eric Richter (Knocked Loose, Lorna Shore) was hired on to direct the video that accompanies it. The band briefly said on social media of the track, “Forever intolerant of authoritarian rule.” Putney added:
“An aggressive offering from our camp felt like an appropriate response to the current climate of class disparity and political overreach. Sometimes I feel like we’re beating a dead horse over here but it’s important to consistently remind the listener to remain intolerant of such authoritarian rule. Believe it or not, but one day, it comes for you.”
