Zoe Marie Federoff has exited Cradle Of Filth amid the opening dates of their Latin American tour. In a statement shared via her social media today, August 24th, the keyboardist/vocalist stated:
“It is with deep regret I share that for personal reasons I am unable to continue this tour and continue in general with Cradle of Filth.
Please respect my privacy and my family’s privacy. I will answer no further questions. Be kind to my successor. I wish her and my now former bandmates well.
At least, like Roy Khan said over a decade ago, God was there after all.

Federoff had been handling the keyboards and additional vocal parts for the band since 2022. Her ties to the group run deeper than just business as well, having married Cradle Of Filth‘s guitarist Marek “Ashok” Šmerda this past January. As it stands, last night’s (August 23rd) show at the Carioca Club in São Paulo, Brazil was her last live performance with the group.
