SPEED‘s latest album “ONLY ONE MODE” took home the award for ‘Best Hard Rock / Heavy Metal Album’ at this year’s ‘ARIA Awards‘ in the band’s native Australia. An awards ceremony was held at the Hordern Pavilion in Sydney, Australia today to honor the winners.
SPEED‘s “REAL LIFE LOVE” video was also up for the fan-voted ‘Best Video’ award, but lost out to Tones And I‘s “Dance With Me“. SPEED also lost out on the ‘Best Group’ award, which went to Royel Otis. The other nominees for the ‘Best Hard Rock / Heavy Metal Album’ this year included:
