Post-hardcore group Touché Amoré have put out a second single from their sixth studio album, “Spiral In A Straight Line“. That outing was once again produced by Ross Robinson (Korn, Slipknot) and will see an October 11th release on Rise Records.
This latest track, “Hal Ashby“, takes inspiration from the late director William Hal Ashby and is paired with a music video filmed by Sean Stout. According to a press release:
”Hal Ashby‘ exemplifies the theme of spiraling seen throughout the new album – the feeling of getting caught in the emotional debris of the words, emotions, memories and pain that are left after things are flipped upside down, and figuring out how to keep pushing through. Spiral In A Straight Line challenges the band to dig deep again, and they return with a poignant body of work, rooted in life-altering changes and the turmoil of moving forward while grappling with what’s been left behind.’
