Nuclear Blast have signed melodic hardcore outfit Higher Power. The Leeds, UK-based band are marking the announcement of this signing with a NSFW video for their new single, “Absolute Bloom“, which finds them leaning in an alternative rock direction.
Vocalist Jimmy Wizard commented:
“I’m super excited to release this song. It’s really personal to me in this transitional period of my life, about wanting a deeper more meaningful connection to the real world and not quite being equipped to do so, but finding hope and figuring it out. The music reflects that with a song that’s so big and upbeat.”
The group are currently in the middle of a U.S. tour opening for Neck Deep, Drain & Bearings.
