A video for “Victorious“, the latest single from acclaimed guitarist Nita Strauss, received its online debut today, June 06th. That song finds Strauss joined by Dorothy and is taken from Strauss‘ forthcoming album “The Call Of The Void“. Sumerian Records have set a July 07th release date for that effort.
Strauss said of this new offering:
“‘Victorious‘ is the anthem I always wanted, a song about inspiring change, marching forward relentlessly, being willing to save yourself instead of waiting for someone to do it for you, and never backing down from a fight. Dorothy was the perfect powerhouse voice and personality to stand and deliver, and knock this one out of the park.”

Featured in the video are U.S. Olympian Mikalea Mayer (a friend and former bandmate of Strauss) and 13-year-old guitarist Charlotte Milstein. “The Call Of The Void” will feature a slew of guest performers, including Alice Cooper, Disturbed‘s David Draiman, Halestorm‘s Lzzy Hale and many more.
