Original Story::
International restaurant chain Wendy’s are once again celebrating National Roast Day today, February 11th, taking on all comers via their Twitter. Back in 2019 the chain infamously roasted numerous heavy metal, hard rock, etc. bands (see more here.)
While no particularly heavy bands have stepped up as of press time, there’s still a few musical artists, labels, etc. of note who have felt the burn thus far, they include:
Daaaang! I haven't thought about you since I worked at Circuit City. #NationalRoastDay

probably need us to give you free marketing since you don't have a street team to do that anymore huh #nationalroastday

Imagine having to start a song with Are You Listening because no one is listening. Also aren't y'all a little too old to be asking for a roast? #NationalRoastDay

talk about giving up, giving up slowly. #NationalRoastDay

how does it feel knowing that Wendy's is more relevant to scene bands than your publication? #NationalRoastDay
