It would seem that Every Time I Die have nearly wrapped the recording process for their upcoming ninth studio album. A post on social media shared by the band yesterday confirms that vocalist Keith Buckley has completed tracking his vocals for some 16 songs for the outing.
Day 39. As floored as we are by the guest vocals, it is the host vocals that will send every band back to the drawing board when this album is released. https://t.co/dPQv9o2td4

As the band themselves went on to mention, unspecified guest appearances will also be featured on the record as well. The album was recorded over the period of the last month or so with producer Will Putney (Body Count, The Acacia Strain) once again at the helm. A release later in the year is expected. If you’re in the Detroit area, the band’s immediate live plans include a live performance of their 2003 album “Hot Damn!” in its entirety. Here’s what they have scheduled:
03/12 Chicago, IL – Metro (tickets)
03/13 Detroit, MI – Magic Stick (performing “Hot Damn!“) (tickets)
