TMZ report that late Pantera/HELLYEAH, etc. drummer Vinnie Paul will be laid to rest in a Kiss coffin, just as his brother, Pantera, etc. guitarist Dimebag Darrell Abbott was in 2004. Unconfirmed reports suggest Paul will be buried at the Moore Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Arlington, TX this weekend, the same cemetery where both his brother and mother are buried.
The news comes via TMZ, who have also shared a picture of a number of personal items Paul will reportedly be buried with, including his trademark hat and more.
Paul died this past Friday, June 22nd. An official cause of death has yet to be determined though rumors of a major heart attack have circulated in the days since his passing. An official public celebration of life for Paul will be held this Sunday, July 01st, at The Bomb Factory in Dallas, TX. Details regarding it can be found here.
