Texan groove metallers Pantera have just announced the details for their two-day ‘The Great NOLA Trendkill‘ festival. A nod to the title of their penultimate studio album “The Great Southern Trendkill“, this fest has been booked for November 20th & 21st at the Lakefront Arena in New Orleans, LA. As previously rumored, it will indeed host numerous home state heroes and Southern metal bands, with the following lineup now officially confirmed:

An artist presale for the event has just launched with the password ‘NOLA’. The general onsale for the event will launch this Friday, September 11th, at 10:00am CST. The festival has partnered with Pantera frontman Phil Anselmo‘s Housecore Horror Festival, which will be returning this year. Anselmo said of this bill:
“To be back in New Orleans with such a package of bands and events is a dream come true. Besides Pantera and Down, we have great NOLA and national bands playing, Housecore Records and Housecore Horror specialties, horror industry personalities, talented artists, and so much more. Please come down to my hometown and have a blast the entire weekend!”
