Origin have announced that their new album “Unparalleled Universe” will meet a June 30th release date through Nuclear Blast in North America (Agonia Records will handle Europe and the rest of the world.) A 360° lyric video for the band’s new track “Accident And Error” is available below in regions outside North America with the clip to become available in that region at 10am EDT/7AM PDT.
The albumwas recorded and mixed at Chapman Studios in February of this year with engineer Robert Rebeck. Colin Marston mastered the release, while Filip Ivanovic did the cover art. Guitarist Paul Ryan commented:
“It feels like an Origin album, but it’s unparalleled to what you might expect if you haven’t heard us for 10 or 15 years. To me, it’s a true reflection of ourselves. I compare it to an action movie. Our earlier material is filled with action from beginning to end. Now, the idea is to add a little more depth and dynamics. You could say there are some twists in the plot musically.”
