As promised, Drowning Pool hit the stage with their 82-year-old fan, John Hetlinger, during today’s (July 15th) set at the ‘Chicago Open Air‘ festival at Toyota Park in Bridgeview, IL. See below for some fan-filmed footage of that. Hetlinger‘s performance of the track “Bodies” on “America’s Got Talent‘ earlier this year went viral, you can watch it here.
It would appear that Hetlinger is having a blast with the band, as he will also join them onstage during tomorrow’s set at (July 16th) ‘Ink In The Clink‘, which takes place at the Ohio State Reformatory in Mansfield, OH.
