I Prevail‘s “Violent Nature” has been given a new remix by Sullivan King. That song of course originally served as the title track to the platinum-certified metalcore band’s fourth studio album. Speaking now of this reimagined take on the track, the band went on to say:
“‘Violent Nature‘ was already one of the most aggressive songs we’d ever created. Sullivan King took it into a new universe with a bold arrangement and a festival-sized EDM assault. It has all the weight of the original, plus the drop-heavy adrenaline you didn’t know you needed. This track is exactly where modern metal and EDM collide.”
King is known to fuse dubstep and metal in a genre referred to as ‘metalstep’. In the past he has worked with Papa Roach, Atreyu and more. I Prevail are scheduled to head back out on the road next year as part of this North American tour with Three Days Grace, The Funeral Portrait and Sleep Theory.
