Thrash metal legends Slayer hit the ground running for their first live performance of 2026 last night, September 04th. The band took to the stage at at the Mystic Lake Amphitheater in Shakopee, MN for their first 40th anniversary show celebrating 1986 thrash landmark, “Reign In Blood“. The group delivered a 23-song set at that show, which saw them running through numerous fan favorites, in addition to a second set which saw them perform the aforementioned album in its entirety.
