Rage Against The Machine, etc. guitarist Tom Morello has once again had to forego his overseas touring plans in light of his 102-year-old mother Mary being back in the hospital. Morello briefly interrupted his touring this month to head home and be with her, before returning this week after she showed signs of improvement. Rescheduled shows were announced, but have now since been canceled. A post made today, June 25th, saw Morello stating:
“Dear friends, fans and comrades, my dear mom, Mary Morello is back in the hospital and I’m headed home to help look after her. Rocking the UK & Europe with you all this summer has been incredible and I cant wait to be back with you and continue this movement that we started. With much love, unity and power “
