Behemoth have revealed the details for their new effort “I, Scvlptor“, including the cover art and track listing. The Polish blackened death metal band aligned with Massacre Records for the release of this new effort, which includes re-recorded versions of the group’s early tracks, “Rise Of The Blackstorm Of Evil” and “In Thy Pandemaeternum“.

The already released live performance of Bathory‘s “The Return Of Darkness Of Evil” is also featured, and it finds Rotting Christ frontman Sakis Tolis guesting. Behemoth have also put their stamp on Venom‘s 1981 track “In League With Satan” here, enlisting the talents of Dimmu Borgir vocalist, etc. Shagrath for that take.

The full track lsting for this release runs as follows:

01 – “I, Scvlptor
02 – “Lord Ov The Horizons
03 – “Rise Of The Blackstorm of Evil” (re-recording)
04 – “In Thy Pandemaeternum” (re-recording)
05 – “Begotten
06 – “In League With Satan” (Venom cover) (feat. Shagrath of Dimmu Borgir)
07 – “The Return of Darkness and Evil” (live) (feat. Sakis Tolis of Rotting Christ)
08 – “Lord Ov The Horizons” (alternative version)

A September 04th release date has been put in place for this outing, with pre-orders available now through iscvlptor.com. Behemoth vocaist/guitarist Nergal said of this set:

“‘I, Scvlptor‘ is Behemoth‘s latest full-length release—a standalone work that connects our past with what’s new and fresh. Here you’ll find premiered, never-before-released tracks that capture the full energy, intensity, and power that has driven this band for decades. We’ve also delved into our earliest work, giving it a new dimension and a contemporary sound. ‘I, Scvlptor‘ is also a tribute to artists without whom Behemoth would never have existed. Prepare for 40 minutes of a sonic journey of the highest caliber!”
