Blackened post-metallers Agalloch have some Midwest & East Coast U.S. shows in mind for the summer. That trio of dates will serve as their first stops those cities in 10-12 years. The group, who reunited in 2023, have stuck to limited live engagements since getting back together, but have newly confirmed they’ll be hitting Chicago, Cambridge and Brooklyn this August.
Those shows will follow a pair of festival appearances the outfit have lined up in the interim, including the June 05th stop of the ‘Milwaukee Metal Fest‘ and an “Ashes Against The Grain” set at this year’s ‘Fire In The Mountains‘ festival in Montana. That latter event will run from July 23rd to 26th. Agalloch will be in good company at that festival, which thus far is scheduled to host the live return of the newly reconfigured Neurosis and many more.
As for Agalloch‘s new shows, each of those shows will include opening solo sets from Agalloch‘s own vocalist/guitarist John Haughm, among others.
