Canadian post-hardcore band Alexisonfire have announced a lone U.S. headlining show celebrating 20 years of their third studio album “Crisis“. This new concert will take place August 12th at the Outer Harbor Live at Terminal B in Buffalo, NY. Support will come from gold-certified melodic metalcore band Underoath and a pair of Buffalo natives in Snapcase and SPACED. A presale has been scheduled to launch tomorrow, May 27th at 10:00am local time with the password ‘CRISIS’. The general onsale has been scheduled for this Friday, May 29th at 10:00am local time.
Alexisonfire said of Buffalo being chosen to host this show, “The only USA CRISIS 20 year anniversary show had to be Buffalo…this city has been in the DNA of this record since day one.” Outside of the aforementioned victory lap, Alexisonfire were in the studio laying down new material for their sixth studio album this past February and March across multiple sessions. Word on when you can expect to begin hearing it has yet to be announced.
