Hum made their live return last night, May 15th, performing their first live show since November of 2019. The Midwestern alternative/space rock outfit hit the stage at the Brooklyn Paramount in Brooklyn, NY as part of the opening date of Nothing‘s ‘Slide Away Festival‘. Hum are headlining that run of shows, which find Nothing as direct support with a 10th anniversary performance of “Tired Of Tomorrow“. Chapterhouse are also on the bill, along with assorted openers.
Last night’s closing set from Hum saw a trio of live debuts unfold, including the band’s tracks “Waves“, “Step Into You” and “Shapeshifter” — all of which appeared on their 2020 album “Inlet“. Fan-filmed footage of the entire set has since been shared online below.
