Multi-platinum rap-rockers 311 have linked up with long-running Amazonian psychedelic cumbian outfit Los Mirlos for a reimagined version of “Amber“. 311 originally found success with that 3x multi-platinum track in 2002, issuing it as the third and final single from their sixth studio album “From Chaos“. This collaboration is part of a new album from Los Mirlos dubbed “The World Meets Los Mirlos“. Production on this track was overseen by El Dusty.
The aforementioned two outfits previously indicated they were collaborating together late last year. Amid a Latin American tour, 311 brought out members of Los Mirlos onstage to tease this team up.
