Given their divisive reputation, the current three year-plus wait for a new Nickelback album may not be enough. However, fans of the diamond-certified Canadian hard rock icons can begin getting hyped for an eleventh studio album from the radio rock staples. Yesterday, April 08th, Nickelback bassist/vocalist Mike Kroeger snuck out a mention of the group finishing up work on that new album, while also showcasing some x-rays of his broken foot. That post read as follows:
“Been awhile. Got a busted foot soooooo lots of upper body workouts for a few weeks! New NB album is almost done and I like it. You will too.”
As you might suspect, thus far the group have yet to serve up any hints as to an exact release date or their plans for this new record.
