In Flames have been confirmed to be in the studio with producer Howard Benson (My Chemical Romance, P.O.D.) once again overseeing the sessions. The Swedish melodeath/alternative metal outfit have commenced the recording process at Sunset Sound Recorders in Hollywood, CA with drummer Jon Rice (Uncle Acid And The Deadbeats, ex-Job For A Cowboy) behind the kit. The latter previously took up touring with In Flames last year following the departure of Tanner Wayne. Benson commented on the sessions for this 15th In Flames album below:
