Bad Omens have just chalked up their fifth gold single overall in the United States to date. The alternative metal stars’ 2019 track “Limits” has just hit that milestone, marking the group’s first RIAA certification since September of 2024 when their album “THE DEATH OF PIECE OF MIND” went gold. “Limits” was the fifth and final single to make its way out from the band’s sophomore album, “Finding God Before God Finds Me“.
The latter half of 2025 saw the platinum-certified band unveil a string of singles that are expected to eventually culminate in the release of their as-yet unannounced next studio album.
*A platinum album/single in the United States represents 1,000,000 units, while gold signifies 500,000 units. Outside of traditional physical/digital sales, the certifications factor in digital streams/downloads with 10 permanent track downloads counting as 1 unit and 1500 on-demand audio/video streams from a particular album also counting as as a unit. 150 streams of a song also equate to a track-equivalent unit.
