As we approach nearly ten years since the release of Anthrax‘s latest album “For All The Kings“, the East Coast thrash metal pillars have officially rounded a corner with it’s follow-up. A since-removed post shared by the band’s drummer Charlie Benante recently conveyed that mixing for that outing had finally concluded at Dave Grohl‘s Studio 606.
While recording sessions for the twelfth full-length effort began with producer Jay Ruston (Stone Sour, Avatar) several years ago, some writing struggles and scheduling issues hampered the process to an extent. As such, it wasn’t until this past July that vocalist Joey Belladonna completed tracking his parts.
