Alternative metal trailblzers Deftones hit the stage yesterday, November 01st, to headline this year’s edition of their annual ‘Dia de los Deftones‘ festival at Petco Park in San Diego, CA. Their sprawling 21-song setlist was heavy on live debuts of a number of tracks from their tenth studio album, this past August’s “private music“.
Newly making it to the stage were “locked club“, “souvenir“, “cut hands” and “i think about you all the time“. “Street Carp” off of the band’s 2x platinum 2000 landmark album “White Pony” also notably got its first live airing since 2019. The complete setlist for the night’s festivities included:
