Ink & Dagger returned for their first live show in fourteen years last night, October 30th. In place of the late Sean McCabe, Geoff Rickly of Thursday, No Devotion, etc. fame took on the duties of fronting the vampirish hardcore band, who have a series of reunion shows booked for this week.

Fan-filmed footage from that initial show has been shared online below. This return to the stage preceded today’s (October 31st) string of reissues of the band’s catalog. Speaking on social media after the set, Rickly offered a quote of the Ink & Dagger track “The Road To Hell“, “On the first day, it was foretold that creation went the way the story is told.” Rickly wasn’t the only one to get behind the mic for the resurrected Philly band.

As seen below, Paint It Black vocalist Dan Yemin also took to fronting Ink & Dagger for the track “Philapsychosis“.
