SUN DONT SHINE will have their debut album “Birth To Death” out in early 2026 on Corpse Paint Records. The supergroup boasts a roster of seasoned metal veterans that includes Crowbar vocalist/guitarist Kirk Windstein, ex-Type O Negative guitarist/vocalist Kenny Hickey and drummer/vocalist Johnny Kelly, and ex-Crowbar/Down bassist Todd Strange.
While an exact release date remains pending, pre-orders for the album have gone up over at corpsepaintrecords.com. That record will consist of the following 9 songs:

04 – “All You Wasted“
05 – “When It’s Time To Leave“
06 – “The Promise Song“
07 – “What You Are“
08 – “Black To Red“
09 – “In The End“
The closing track from that outing, “In The End“, has newly been shared by the band, with Windstein offering the following commentary on it, “‘In The End‘ is a great example of what we want SUN DONT SHINE to sound like. It’s got dynamics, melody and a bit of heaviness to it.” The band collectively added, “‘In The End‘ is the journey we’re all on… and the one we all must eventually take.” A video directed by Andrew Spaulding is available below.
A CD single featuring this track, as well as the previously released cuts “What You Are“, “Coming Down“, “The Promise Song” and “Cryptomnesia” has been set to be released today, October 29th.
