The Flaming Lips Share Pro-Shot Live Video Of Their Cover Of Black Sabbath's "War Pigs"

Veteran psych rockers The Flaming Lips have shared a professionally-filmed live performance of themselves covering the classic Black Sabbath anti-war protest anthem, “War Pigs“. While by no means a new addition to The Flaming Lips‘ setlist (the group first began covering the song back in 2004,) this year’s passing of Sabbath frontman and heavy metal icon Ozzy Osbourne saw The Flaming Lips bring the track back in August fora total 23 performances of it since. The below rendition was filmed by Blake Studdard during an unspecified September 2025 show amid The Flaming Lips‘ U.S. touring.
