Aussie alternative metal outfit Thornhill have announced a November 07th release date through UNFD for “BODIES X“. That effort will feature remixed and reimagined versions of songs originally found on their third studio album “BODIES“, which saw a release this past April. The group’s latest single “Mercia” will also be included on this forthcoming effort.
A raft of guest contributors have been enlisted to put their own spin on the included songs, with Northlane, The Plot In You‘s Landon Tewers, vianova, Running Touch and Daybreak, Zetra, Scarypoolparty, Kel Pinchin, Vicious, Mondo Loops, and James McKendrick announced. The band stated this morning (October 26th) of the project:
“BODIES X is a remix record where each track is reimagined by one of our friends or creatives that we admire.
Each artist brings their own unique spin, infusing their personal style whilst staying true to themes and the energy of the original song.”
